If you are passionate, upbeat, self-motivated, and looking for a positive change, we want to hear from you. We offer a competitive pay plan, gross and volume bonuses, and a company vehicle after a 3-month probation period. Our working hours are employee-friendly, with early closures on Fridays and Saturdays plus we are closed on Sundays. *Responsibilities:*
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
- Negotiate and close sales effectively.
- Work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Maintain good communication and listening skills.
- Conduct thorough customer follow-ups using computer and phone skills. *Requirements:*
- Experience/background in automotive sales.
- *Valid OMVIC license (mandatory).*
- Valid driver’s license.
- Money motivated with exceptional customer service skills.
- Self-motivated with a desire to succeed.
- Good negotiating and closing skills.
- Good computer and phone skills. *Compensation:*
- Annual pay: $40,000.00 - $73,000.00+
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay *Work Schedule:*
- Full-time position
- 8-hour shifts
- Fridays and Saturdays open till 5pm
