A key member of the team, the **Dock Admin Support** provides support to the local P & D Drivers and Billing Department. The shift for this position is a 4x4 rotation (4 days on - 4 days off)

**Core duties**:

- Process inbound trips, ensuring accurate on time information is reported
- Prepare local trips for deliveries or pickups made by the P&D team
- Collect, Organize, scan all paper freight documents related to shipments handled by the terminal
- Scan daily pre-trips, checklists, and yard checks for auditing purposes
- Direct communication with customers internal and external
- Update daily tracking reports for key customers
- Support terminal operations in their daily administration tasks

**Qualifications**
- Minimum grade 12
- Previous experience would be an asset
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- TMW experience is considered and asset
