Island Beach Company is looking for an office staff admin assistant to primarily oversee the retail store's inventory database

An understanding of administrative clerical procedures and software required. Grade 12 required, office procedure or administrative education or background preferred.
- Maintain inventory records using the MMS software database
- Inventory adjustments, transfers, price changes
- Create inventory codes, perform Historical inventory price checks, and assist with year end inventory shelf counts
- Create and Receive purchase orders, create sales and inventory reports.

Monday to Friday 8 hour days

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Truro, NS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
