**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**:
Education - Ph.D. in particle physics or a related field.

Experience - At least 3 years of experience in project management, assembly and testing of micro electronics systems or silicon tracking detectors.

Skills - the ability to work well in an international team of researchers and manage a group of researchers, graduate students and undergraduate students.

Skills in project management and database management tools, such as MS Excel, Google docs and Python.
