We are looking for a numbers obsessed Business Insights Analyst to join our team. You probably have at least 4-6 years of experience turning data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions. You are thrilled when you find those nuggets of intel that push the finance and/or sales teams forward.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Finance but supporting the needs of sales and revenue operations; you will be responsible for analyzing quantitative and qualitative data across the conversion funnel to help inform product, sales and business strategies. You are comfortable using a wide range of analytical tools and visualization software to help communicate findings across internal and external stakeholders.

**What you will do**:
Research and data analysis is an essential part of this role. The Business Insights Analyst will be leveraging data from across Google Analytics, our Consumer Relationship Management CRM tool, real estate industry software, and our financial systems. This role will leverage a variety of reporting dashboards, including Looker Studio, Excel, Tableau, to analyze the results for the digital platforms, lead conversion and sales effectiveness. Interpreting data, analyzing results and identifying trends or patterns using statistical techniques and providing regular reporting will be the foundation of your important contributions. You will play a key role in the growth and future success of Zoocasa at eXp.

**How you will make an impact**:

- Minimum 4-6 years experience in data analytics, business insights and/or market research
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Technical expertise in quantitative and qualitative research design, data modelling, data mining, database design development and segmentation techniques
- Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, etc)
- Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
- Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating and working with different stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, math, statistics or related fields is preferred

- This is a salaried position with compensation starting at $70,000 CAD per year. Exact pay will be based on knowledge and experience._
