**THE POSITION**:
We are hiring a **Mobile/Wireless Sales Associate **at our **Vaughan **location

The associate will connect customers with the right wireless solutions (devices, plans, accessories, activations, and upgrades) that suit their needs on our multi-carrier platforms: Telus, Koodo, Public Mobile & Freedom Mobile.

Full training will be provided.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to customers
- Provide information to customers on the different, tailored mobile & wireless options
- Cross-sell other categories
- Achieve sales targets and goals
- Maintain department brand and appeal
- Utilize Canada Computers Sales approach to drive repeat business and build brand loyalty
- Have fun working with your team in a fast-paced retail environment

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of retail sales and/or cash handling experience in a similar environment
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem solving and organizational skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and numeracy
- Extensive knowledge in computer parts and accessories, and consumer electronics
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift boxes of merchandise
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Shift:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vaughan, ON L4K 0A2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
