Established in 2012, BlackboxMyCar is the largest distributor of dash cams in North America. We partner with the best-in-class manufacturers to bring top-quality dash cams at the best prices to consumers, combined with providing the most in-depth information available to ensure that our customers are always making informed purchasing decisions.

We are currently looking for a hardworking and dynamic **Customer Service Specialist that is available full-time (preferred) or part-time (minimum 3 days a week). You must also be able to work one or two Saturdays a month (swapped with a regular week day).**

**THE POSITION WILL NEED YOU TO...**
- Deal with customer sales inquiries, technical support, and general customer service via the modes of communication above
- Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers
- Assist the sales supervisor and director in other reasonably assigned duties and responsibilities

**IT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU HAVE...**
- Previous customer service experience
- Familiarity with dash cams
- Familiarty with vehicles (know the make and model of most vehicles)
- Familiarity with Shopify (know how to look up customers, make orders, etc.)
