**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as liaison between clients, their planning agencies, and media partners to coordinate efficient and timely processing of buys and reports.
- Communicate, co-ordinate and work alongside the finance, account, sales, and media teams to ensure the fulfillment of all media campaign administrative tasks.
- Assist buyers preparing traditional media / digital media buys.
- Aid in preparing Pre and Post Campaign reports and spot logs.
- For digital, request screenshots upon campaign launch, site delivery reports on a regular basis and create and maintain Datorama dashboards.
- Assist in acquiring avails from media vendors in executing a client's plans.
- For Digital assist buyers to ensure campaign can launch on time (e.g. creative/copy received, pixel/tags received and installed correctly, etc.)
- Prepare broadcast orders once buy is approved and secure schedules with media representatives.
- Steward and maintain media contracts/I. O’s both with the media vendors and in the system.
- Support buyers in monitoring and optimizing schedules/delivery reports to meet client objectives.
- Resolve schedule and invoice discrepancies with vendors to ensure campaign objectives and spends align with approved client plans.
- Reconcile invoices for client billing and routes for approval.
- Enter and maintain new and ongoing buys into system.
- Additional administrative tasks and assignments as needed.
