**About the job**:

- Play a vital role in further building up Synpulse North America’s Insurance practice around digital transformation and operational excellence topics by making key contributions to business development, talent management, oversight of delivery work, and thought leadership
- Identify opportunities, articulate Synpulse value, and support selling services to both new and existing clients
- Conduct interviews and workshops to define future state visions and prioritization of opportunity areas that deliver value across people, processes, data & technology while ensuring buy-in from clients’ senior management
- Independently drive the success of projects under an account by directing activities ensuring high quality and timely deliverables and mentoring teams of senior and junior consultants
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

**About you**:

- 5+ years of insurance (P&C, Specialty, Commercial Insurance or Reinsurance) experience at a management consulting firm or in a corporate strategy, enterprise architecture, business development, or management function within an insurance firm
- Demonstrated leadership experience in project management in at least one of the following areas: underwriting, claims, operational process improvements
- Experience in sales and project acquisition
- Entrepreneurial attitude with a desire to learn Excellent presentation and communication skills with clients and colleagues
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Ability and willingness to travel
