Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong project management skills and a passion for the construction industry.

**Duties**:

- Coordinate project activities and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, bids, and contracts
- Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans and schedules
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Conduct research and gather data to support project decision-making
- Assist in the coordination of subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
- Review project documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain project files, records, and documentation
- Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a project coordination or related role preferred
- Familiarity with construction estimating and scheduling processes
- Knowledge of Bluebeam or other software for reviewing schematics and drawings
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$68,000.00 per year
