CTSIT is a Managed Service Provider and Value Added Reseller of technology products and services in eastern Ontario. Technical Familiarity
- VMWare ESXI virtual environments
- Windows workstations and servers
- Common, current networking devices and configurations

Roles and Responsibilities
- Customer Service: you will be the first point of contact for customers, excellent customer service skills are required. Sales experience is beneficial.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Responsible for the monitoring of software, diagnosing hardware/software problems and providing onsite and remote support services.
- Assemble, disassemble, repair, upgrade hardware to supervisor/client specifications
- Install, uninstall, upgrade, patch software to supervisor/client specifications.

**Qualifications**:

- A+ or equivalent certification.
- Security certifications / education / experience is beneficial.
- 1 to 2 years of computer support experience.
- Awareness of consumer and commercial technology trends
- A valid G Class License and reliable vehicle.
- Possess excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, with mínimal supervision and possess the ability to work as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

This position begins with a 3-month probationary period. After the probationary period, this position is offered as a one-year salary contract with the opportunity for a full-time, salary position at the end of the term.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
