**COMPANY DESCRIPTION**:

engineered compressors, drilling systems and track carriers. Applications include oil and gas drilling (underbalanced
drilling, work over, air drilling), pipeline testing, land and marine seismic programs.
Custom Oilfield Packaging - Screw compressors to 500 PSIG, Booster compressors to 5,000 PSIG, Nitrogen
Membrane Systems, DNV and/or CSC certified sea containers or crash frames, Zone 2 Hazardous Area Classification.
Seismic Exploration Equipment - Man-portable, helicopter portable, track mounted air compressors and multipurpose drills, Marine Air Gun Compressors to 3,000 PSIG with optional sea water cooling.

**POSITION DETAILS**:

- Monday to Friday 7:30 - 16:00 (1/2 hour for lunch) some overtime / weekend hours
- Located in manufacturing facility in Dixie/Derry Road area

**DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES**:
COMMISSIONING AND SERVICE SUPPORT
- Performs service calls for NCA manufactured equipment (may involve international travel post Covid-19).
- Troubleshooting and servicing NCA custom built machinery and industrial air compressors.
- Field commissioning and training of NCA made equipment to end users (in factory and at site).
- Testing of factory build machines before shipping.

MANUFACTURING SUPPORT
- Preparation and fabrication of sub-assemblies (cutting, drilling, grinding, tapping, etc.) for final installation
- Move, align and install sub-assemblies and components
- Fit, modify and assemble pre-fabricated metal parts to build heavy industrial machinery
- Install major components such as compressor pumps, engines and motors, hydraulic assemblies, fans, heat

exchangers
- Cutting, fitting, crimping hydraulic/pneumatic hoses
- Bending, fitting, installing hydraulic/pneumatic tubing
- Filling engine oil, compressor oil, coolant and industrial fluids
- Performance testing of complete machines
- Prepare units for shipping (add decals, clean, etc.)
- Performing preventive maintenance diagnostic evaluations on compressed air equipment
- Work will be carried out at our Mississauga facility and at customers sites (must be able to travel)

**REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Heavy Duty Equipment degree/diploma or Licensed Millwright/Apprentice
- Hands-on experience working will all types of shop tools (mechanic/millwright training an asset)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work with all types of personalities
- Able to follow technical drawings and instructions
- Fast working, without sacrificing quality
- Valid Passport and Driver’s License
- Forklift and Crane/Rigging Experience
- Experience with diesel engines, compressors, piping, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
