In this position, you will be working out of our Equipment Division - **Oxford Builders Supplies Inc.**
As a Sales & Procurement Representative at Oxford Rentals, you will be the face and initial point of contact to potential and existing clients. We'll rely on you to use your exceptional sales and relationship building skills to understand the needs and concerns of our clients ensuring a great experience and turning them into loyal partners. You must be self starting, ambitious and outgoing, with a love for building relationships and serving our customers with equipment and services.
**You as a Sales & Procurement Representative will**:
- Be client-focused on providing rental equipment and consumable sales.
- Establish and manage rental cribs on large projects.
- Be responsible for new customers acquisitions to drive rental and sales revenues.
- Follow-up with client leads generated from various sources.
- Analyze customer needs and requirements, and present customers with equipment rental solutions.
- Effectively manage and develop customer relationships.
- Manage Junior sales staff
- Complete required paperwork and processes in an accurate and timely manner.
- Champion company health and safety policies.
**Is this the right role for you?**
- Minimum Grade 12 diploma or equivalent; post-secondary diploma an asset.
- Minimum 2 years of rental/sales and customer service experience, preferably in the construction equipment rental industry.
- You have a valid class driver’s license and driver’s abstract.
- You are a customer service-oriented individual, flexible to adapt to client priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
- You are driven to deliver results and have excellent problem-solving skills.
- You have strong prospecting and needs analysis skills.
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to converse and build relationships with colleagues, customers, and other parties in a professional and courteous manner.
- You are a self-starter and able to work independently with mínimal supervision, as well as with a team.
