We are seeking a talented Furniture and Decor Design Specialist to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for furniture & design and who have a keen eye for detail. While formal education in interior design is not required, experience in the furniture and design industry is highly desirable.

**Responsibilities**:

- Curate and assemble full furniture and decor packages tailored to clients' needs and preferences.
- Collaborate closely with our interior designers to ensure cohesive design concepts.
- Source furniture, accessories, and decor items from a variety of vendors and suppliers.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the furniture and design industry.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate pricing and terms as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding furniture and decor selections.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in the furniture and design industry.
- Strong understanding of furniture styles, materials, and construction techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for creativity and innovation.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus but not required.
