**The Opportunity**
- Open-source projects and rapid prototyping
- Graphically communicating complex information and processes simply
- Working with complex data sets
- Working from AutoCAD plans
- Prepare reports, presentations, and boards
- Rendering images, graphs, and tables to effectively communicate ideas in a clear and concise visual presentation

**Qualifications**
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Structural Engineering required
- The ability to prioritize effectively, balance assigned work and exceptional organization skills required for our constantly evolving environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential for team-based working
- Presentation skills with colleagues and clients of all levels
- Interested and Curious about the built environment
- Research oriented, critical thinker
- Experience in data analysis and visualization
- ArcGIS and spatial analysis
- Experience with one or more of HTML, Java Script, CSS, Python

**Preferred**
- Pursing a Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Structural Engineering
- Minimum of 3.0 GPA or higher
- Knowledge of statistics and data science
- UX / UI methods
- Engineering background
- Implementation of Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality
