We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Incident Response Officer to join our team. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong situational awareness and the ability to respond swiftly to security incidents.

**Salary**: $20.50
- Role Overview:_
The Incident Response Officer will be responsible for monitoring security systems, conducting patrols, responding to incidents, and coordinating with emergency services when necessary. This role plays a critical part in ensuring safety and enforcing security protocols.
- Key Responsibilities:_
- Incident Response: Quickly assess and address security breaches, alarms, and emergency situations.
- Patrol & Surveillance: Perform routine security patrols and monitor surveillance systems to detect suspicious activity.
- Investigation & Reporting: Document incidents, write detailed reports, and maintain accurate security logs.
- Compliance & Enforcement: Ensure adherence to security policies and procedures while maintaining a strong security presence.
- Customer Service: Assist clients, employees, and visitors with security-related concerns in a professional manner.
- Qualifications & Skills:_
Valid Security Guard License (required)
First Aid & CPR Certification (preferred)
Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or emergency response is an asset
Strong observational and analytical skills with attention to detail
Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions under pressure
Excellent communication and report-writing skills
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
