We are seeking energetic, reliable, and organized individuals for the role of **Maintenance Associate**.
- Full-time and part-time opportunities are available for weekday opening shifts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a professional demeanor while providing all members, prospective members and guests with excellent customer service.
- Ensure that the entire facility and all equipment are clean and well maintained.
- Stock consumables in the locker room, lounge, rinse showers and bathrooms.
- Clean, sanitize, dry, and fold laundry. Ensure an adequate supply of towels at the front desk and in the locker room.
- Ensure all therapeutic tools and equipment are clean, organized, and in working condition.
- Wipe, mop up, or squeegee spills, puddles, and excessive water on the floors and other surfaces in the facility.
- Provide maintenance for all equipment on site.
- Receive, organize, and store all deliveries.
- Notify the General Manager when any rooms or equipment needs immediate attention.
- Assist with special events and miscellaneous tasks to assist other team members, as required.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance or laundry services is preferred but not required.
- Must possess a clear understanding of what constitutes a clean and sanitary environment.
- Must be able to effectively communicate in person.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well with a team.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively under pressure.

**Essential Physical Requirements**:

- Must be able to perform all essential physical aspects of the position which may include standing for long periods of time, sitting, constantly walking, squatting, stooping, reaching, and bending above or below shoulder height.
- Must be able to perform pushing, pulling and lifting up to 50 lbs. at a time.

**Compensations & Benefits**:

- $18.00 per hour.
