**PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Manager with coordinating, planning, communicating and executing the delivery of core project components to our customer.
- Preparation of communications, progress reporting and meeting agendas and minutes.
- Working with complex data in excel tables.
- Project scheduling, including action item tracking.
- Project and program invoicing and financial updates and tracking.
- Filing and document management.
- Conducting industry research and analysis.
- Assisting with obtaining quotes from subcontractors.
- Assisting with resolving deficiencies.
- Any other administrative tasks as required.

**Requirements**:

- Intermediate knowledge in computerized systems and software, including QuickBase, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Adobe Acrobat.
- Experience with Smartsheet.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem solving and troubleshoot skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- The ability to deal with multiple projects with overlapping deadlines.
- Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Familiarity with Google Suite.
- Graduate from a accredited post-secondary educational institution.
- Valid DL (expected travel time will be mínimal).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in the utility space (i.e. electric, gas, telecom, fibre optic)
- Consulting engineering work experience
- Visio
- Adobe
- Familiarity with Auto desk platforms.
