**Descriptif du poste**:
Le coordinateur magasinier/conducteurs est responsable des tâches d’entreposage et de camionnage. Les tâches relatives au poste comprennent, à titre indicatif, la conduite de chariots élévateurs, l’emballage, le chargement de conteneurs, l’arrimage des cargaisons, le ramassage et la livraison par camion, le tout conformément aux politiques et procédures de l’entreprise.

Le titulaire du poste veille en outre à l’exactitude et à la conformité et apporte son soutien à toutes les divisions de la succursale de Montréal.

**Fonctions et responsabilités**:

- Conduite de chariots élévateurs et tâches connexes
- Chargement/déchargement de marchandises transportées par divers moyens, notamment par camions, remorques, conteneurs, etc.
- Mesure, pesage et décompte physique des produits
- Emballage et réemballage de cargaisons pour le fret sortant
- Ramassage et livraison des cargaisons avec les véhicules de l'entreprise, y compris dans l'entrepôt des compagnies aériennes.
- Transport et rangement de mobiliers de maison dans les sites ou les entrepôts des clients
- Respect de l’intégralité des politiques, procédures, objectifs et règles d’éthique commerciale de l’entreprise
- Application des procédures d'entreposage sécuritaires, identification des dangers potentiels et recommandation de mesures d’amélioration, si nécessaire
- Signalement au superviseur ou au gestionnaire de toute blessure ou tout accident au travail
- Entretien de l’entrepôt en veillant qu’il soit toujours propre et disposé de manière ordonnée et efficiente. Les 5S doivent être appliqués quotidiennement
- Supervisions des inventaires et des fournitures de l'entrepôt
- Communication rapide et précise avec les clients, les agences externes et les sous-traitants.

**Qualifications/Compétences**:

- 1 à 3 ans d'expérience dans l’entreposage général
- Une expérience dans le domaine du fret aérien et maritime est un atout
- La connaissance de la documentation d'entrepôt, y compris le STAM (RNS), le fret sous douane et la documentation des compagnies aériennes est un atout.
- Une connaissance géographique mínimale de la ville pour les livraisons et les ramassages.
- Maîtrise de programmes informatiques tels qu’Excel, Word, AS400 et compétences informatiques générales
- Capacité à manipuler physiquement des articles de poids variables pouvant aller jusqu’à 25 kg
- Excellentes capacités d’organisation et de gestion du temps
- Capacité à apprendre et à exploiter des informations nécessaires et à les transmettre aux clients et aux parties concernées.
- Avoir un horaire flexible et être disposé à faire des heures supplémentaires si nécessaire.
- Bonnes aptitudes de communication verbale et écrite en français et en anglais.

**Formation/certifications**:

- Au minimum, un diplôme de l’enseignement supérieur ou certificat d'équivalence et/ou expérience professionnelle pertinente
- Permis de conduite d’un chariot élévateur
- Permis de conduire de catégorie 5
- La possession d’un certificat de transport de marchandises dangereuses est un atout
- La possession de la certification Authorized Cargo Representative (ACR) est un atout.

**Job Summary**:
The Warehouse/Driver Coordinator is responsible for both warehouse and truck driver duties. Duties include but are not limited to fork lift operation, packing, container loading, block & brace, truck pick-up and delivery while following company policies and procedures.

Additional responsibilities include ensuring accuracy, compliance and providing support to all departments within the Montreal Branch.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Fork-lift operation and all tasks that are associated with it
- Load/unload cargo from various types of transportation including trucks, trailers, containers etc.
- Measure, weight and physically count products
- Pack and repack of shipments for freight going out
- Deliver and pick-up cargos by company vehicles which would include the airlines warehouse
- Household goods moving and packing at customers site and warehouse
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, objectives and business ethics
- Practice safe warehouse procedures, identify potential hazards and recommend improvements where necessary
- Report any work related injuries or accidents to Supervisor/Manager
- Maintain warehouse in a neat, orderly and efficient fashion - 5S to be practiced daily
