**Résumé**:
Relevant du Directeur logistique, le Superviseur de l’expédition a pour mandat principal de superviser toutes les activités reliées à la réception, l’entreposage et la distribution des matières premières dans l’usine. Il travaille en étroite collaboration avec les Superviseurs de production ainsi que le Coordonnateur du transport afin d’assurer la continuité du flux logistique et l’exactitude des transactions

**Responsabilités***:

- Superviser le travail des caristes responsables : de la réception et du stockage des matières premières, de l’approvisionnement du plancher de production et du chargement des produits finis dans les remorques;
- Coordonner et superviser le travail du camionneur-cariste pour le déplacement des remorques entre les quais de chargement;
- Assurer l’utilisation optimale des espaces d’entreposages, l’intégrité des produits et la propreté des lieux selon les normes en vigueur;
- Effectuer hebdomadairement les décomptes cycliques d’inventaire, analyser les écarts et prendre les mesures correctives appropriées;
- Supporter les opérations de transport lorsque nécessaire
- Participer à l’élaboration de procédures et/ou méthodes de travail et former les employés sur les procédures et les méthodes de travail;
- Supervise l’inspection des chargements reçus en conformité avec les normes de sécurité alimentaire
- Applique la chaîne d’aide, au besoin;
- Porter les EPI et respecter et faire respecter les consignes de sécurité (cadenassage, utilisation air comprimé, lunettes, bouchons etc.);

**Qualifications**:

- DEC en Gestion des opérations et de la production (GOP) ou formation académique pertinente ou DES avec expérience pertinente complété
- Disponible à temps plein
- Connaissance de la suite office (Word, Excel);
- Expérience avec un système SAP ERP ou WMS.
- Légalement autorisé à travailler au Canada

**Compétences***:

- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (parlé et écrit);
- Facilité à travailler en équipe;
- Sens de l’organisation ;
- Autonome;
- Capacité à mobiliser des équipes de travail.

**Summary**:
Reporting to the Logistics Manager, the Logistics Supervisor’s main responsibility consists of supervising all activities related to the reception, storage and distribution of raw materials in the plant. He/she works in close collaboration with the Production Supervisors as well as the Transportation Coordinator to ensure continuity in the logistic flow and accuracy of transactions related to pallets movements.
