Toronto, Canada EXACT Technology Corporation Full time

EXACT is seeking a **Product and Customer Insights Analyst** to join our team full-time on a 12-month fixed-term. This is a tremendously valuable role for our company, which may transition to a permanent position based on performance and fit.

**1. Quantify the value of our existing solutions to our clients for marketing purposes;**

This will include:

- researching and identifying the main value drivers of our products through client and employee interviews and surveys;
- developing metrics and methods to quantify the extent to which our products unlock that value; and
- producing reports and/or white-papers using those metrics and methods.

**2. Produce a report for our Sales Director quantifying the market potential of our existing products;**

This will include:

- Researching and quantifying the total addressable market (TAM) in North America for each of our existing products; and
- Identifying and classifying target clients and desirable channel partners across North America.

**3. Produce a report for our Director of Product quantifying the value to EXACT of potential new products.**

This will include:

- researching and quantifying TAM in North America for prospective new products;
- identifying market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to inform product development and go-to-market strategies; and
- working with the Finance, Product and Sales teams to quantify ROIs of each prospective new product.

**To be successful in this role, you possess**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field;
- 2+ years of experience in product and customer insights analysis or market research, preferably in a B2B environment. Construction technology experience is a bonus.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Google Sheets, Excel, Power BI, or similar business intelligence platform);
- Experience with market sizing, TAM/SAM analysis, and ROI modelling;
- Proven ability to gather and synthesize data into clear, actionable insights.

**Our Workplace**

This role will be located on-site at our head office on King and Spadina in Toronto. Our office is open-concept with 18-ft ceilings, lots of natural light and is easily accessible via transit.

Outside of our Toronto head office, EXACT also employs team members in Alberta, Iowa, Texas, and Florida.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $90,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
