**EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY - TOWN OF HANOVER**
**POSTING #2024-08 THEATRE OPERATOR**

The Town of Hanover is seeking technically inclined Theatre Operators to join the Hanover Civic Theatre team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Operating lighting and/or audio equipment and functions during theatre rentals and performances.
- Communicating community theatre information and procedures to rental groups and representatives while practicing customer service excellence.
- Providing information to user groups and/or making announcements directly regarding emergency procedures at the beginning of performances.
- Working collaboratively with other Theatre and Town staff, rental groups and other stakeholders to uphold a high standard of theatre performances.
- Have experience in operating sound and/or lighting equipment, or have a genuine interest in learning to do so
- Have experience in customer service with effective communication skills
- Be technically inclined
- Have demonstrated ability think critically and problem solve

Remuneration as per the current Town of Hanover Salary Grid, Grade 2.
