A dedicated and seasoned Plant Maintenance Manager with over a decade of experience in automotive stamping and assembly environments. Seeking to leverage expertise in maintenance leadership, lean manufacturing techniques, and team management to drive operational excellence and ensure the highest standards of equipment reliability and safety.
- Developed and implemented best practice maintenance strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance operational performance and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Led continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing techniques, resulting in increased uptime, cost reduction, and enhanced equipment performance.
- Managed the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) program, utilizing predictive and preventative techniques to effectively maintain machine uptime.
- Supervised a team of Maintenance Mechanics/Millwrights, Electricians, and Robotic Technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient maintenance operations.
- Conducted high-level machine troubleshooting and coordinated maintenance activities for new construction, renovations, and updates to current systems.
- Oversaw contractor activities for projects, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company standards.
- Prioritized preventative maintenance work orders and scheduled maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- Maintained inventory of equipment, manuals, and warranties, and ensured adequate supplies and equipment for the maintenance department.
- Reported production issues to Plant Manager and enforced company rules, policies, and safety procedures.
- Conducted monthly safety inspections, accident investigations, and enforced health & safety practices throughout the organization.

**Skills**:

- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing maintenance leadership, specifically in Automotive Stamping and Assembly environments
- Certified licensed tradesman preferred
- Familiarity with production stamping equipment, automated production assembly equipment, and PLCs
- Strong troubleshooting capabilities and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage and motivate employees
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
