The Department of Justice and Public Safety is seeking a Training & Development Consultant within the Justice Modernization branch.

**What you will do**
- Developing a training strategy, and developing & delivering various training programs for Court Services and other client groups,
- Working with partners to monitor program and service delivery effectiveness and respond to areas of concern.

**Work environment**
- Location: Flexible within New Brunswick
- Standard hours of work: Monday - Friday, 8:15 - 4:30 / Minimum 36.25 work hours per week

**Who you are**

**Your attitude, skills and interests are just as important as your area of study. We are looking for diverse backgrounds that bring a combination of the following**:

- Knowledge of training / instructional techniques
- Experience with SharePoint Online and MS Teams and/or other collaborative platforms

**Need to have (essential skills and qualifications)**
- University degree in Social Sciences, Education, Business Administration, or related field,
- Minimum of 6 years related work experience,
- Experience developing and delivering training programs.

An equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered.

**Operational requirements**
- Occasional travel; and
- Working outside of regular hours of work without prior notice on occasion.

**Written and spoken competence in English & French is required. Please state your language capability.**

**Wage**
$2,762 to 3,675 biweekly, depending on education and experience.
