**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled CNC/Manual Machining Lead Hand to join our team. The Lead Hand will play a crucial role in overseeing production processes, ensuring quality standards are met, and leading a team of operators. The CNC/Manual Machining Lead Hand is responsible for leading machinists in the production of machined parts by programming, setting up, and operating CNC and manual machines. This role requires strict adherence to safety and quality standards while maintaining equipment, tooling, and supplies. Additionally, the role involves coordinating daily shop activities, providing direction, and assisting in the prioritization of work tasks.

**Qualifications**
- Post-Secondary Education: Apprenticeship Training Program.
- Certificate of Qualifications as a General Machinist or Tool and Die Maker
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Precision Machining
- Proficiency in operating power tools, CNC machines, and lathes.
- Strong blueprint reading skills for interpreting technical drawings and GD&T (5+ years of experience)
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills for effective team leadership and collaboration.
- Proficiency in CNC programming and machine setup.
