Automotive Internet Associate

The Dilawri Automotive Group is currently seeking a motivated individual who wants to become a successful Internet Associate at our Dilawri Jeep Dodge Chrysler dealership.

Here is a closer look at what this role typically does in their day-to-day:

- Qualifying Leads - field basic questions and concerns about our products and programs and assess if leads fit the ideal customer profile and interest level.
- Scheduling Appointments - arrange meetings or calls between qualified leads and our sales management team.
- Follow-up Communications - follow-up with leads to remind customer leads of appointments and provide necessary information.
- Record Keeping - maintain accurate records of lead interactions in CRM systems.

**Requirements & Skills**:

- Diploma or degree and proven experience in a retail sales, customer support, call center, or similar role. Appointment setting experience is a strong asset.
- Top-notch verbal, written and interpersonal skills. Solid computer skills and internet savvy.
- Outstanding listening skills and attention to details.
- A professional and courteous disposition. Persuasive and results-oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Compensation - 45K + performance and customer satisfaction bonuses.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
