**The Opportunity**

**This is a 100% in-office position, based out of our office in Mississauga (5181 Everest Dr).**

**What You’ll be Doing**:

- Pick and pack orders for retailers, distributors, and e-commerce sales, including the creation of all required shipping documents for outgoing shipments. This includes managing the delivery schedule and handling any issues that arise
- Coordinate the movement of goods and materials, including arranging for shipping, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely delivery
- For all inbound shipments, conduct a manual count to ensure the product received in our warehouse matches the packing slips and ensure products are in good condition
- Managing the overall flow of goods and materials through the supply chain, including identifying and mitigating any potential bottlenecks
- Collect and analyze data related to logistics operations, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvement
- Manage inventory in our Canadian, USA and UK warehouses, ensuring that inventory levels are adequate, monitoring inventory levels, and reconciling inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to logistics, such as customs regulations and transportation safety regulations
- Orchestrate semi-annual inventory counts at our Canadian warehouse. Coordinate with the finance team to prepare all necessary documentation and ensure that the final count and audit are completed thoroughly.
- Observe inventory control policies regarding obsolete inventory and raw materials warehoused
- Monitor the company’s customer service support box and respond to all consumer inquiries, concerns related to or e-commerce order status questions within 48hrs using the company’s customer response guidelines

**What you’ll bring**:

- Minimum 2 years’ inventory experience in a consumer packaged goods warehouse would be a strong asset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and comfortable working in a warehouse setting
- Working knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA), WHMIS;
- A forklift licence is a bonus but not required
- Analytical, with problem-identification and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and effective multitasking is essential
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and individuals
- Strong MS Excel skill and General Computer Skills (MS Office)
