Truck Driver

We are seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team at Anoop Logistics Inc. as a Logistics Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials safely and efficiently across various routes.
Key Responsibilities- Route Planning and Execution: Plan and adjust routes based on changing conditions to minimize fuel consumption and carbon emissions.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
- Vehicle Operations: Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials, perform brake adjustments, and oversee all aspects of vehicle maintenance.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records, including driver logbooks, trip reports, and accident or incident reports.
- Transportation Experience: Possess a valid driver's license and have experience with international, local, long-haul, national, provincial/territorial, regional, and short-haul transportation.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Personal Qualities: Flexibility, judgement, organized, reliability, and a team player attitude.
The successful candidate will work 40 hours per week in a fast-paced environment with occasional overtime required.
