**Role Description**

Bagwell is looking for a motivated professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. Responsibilities of the role will mainly revolve around servicing new and existing customers, and will include:

- Answering questions regarding our product line and making product recommendations
- Gathering the necessary information to process orders efficiently
- Occasionally assisting the team in other areas of the business, including warehouse, receiving, and shipping

This role is an entry level position to our organization which has a direct path leading to more senior positions.

**Qualifications**
- Great phone skills with excellent customer service rapport
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Moderate computer skills with a base-level proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability complete the order process from initial contact to payment
- Experience working with a Customer Relationship Management system is an asset
- A team player who is respectful of others
- Experience in industrial packaging or related businesses is also advantageous

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
