**We are hiring an Online Sales Counselor at our Canadian Operations Office in Vaughan, ON**

The **Online Sales Counselor **supports the Canadian Operations Sales & Marketing initiative by nurturing and qualifying leads through inbound and outbound marketing campaigns, responding to prospective home purchasers’ questions or inquiries about our communities, and scheduling appointments with the onsite sales agent. You are a customer-focused and highly motivated team player focused on creating experiences and value through the home journey.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Assist the prospective home buyer with selecting the community and floor plans that best meet their needs, including providing marketing materials and information to support their decision.
- Works closely with the business solutions and sales enablement to manage the process and distribution of leads.

**What you’ll bring**:

- 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the real estate or homebuilding industry;
- Excellent customer service, organization, and influencing abilities.
- Working knowledge of a sales contact management database
