**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of telecommunications construction projects.
- Coordinate with design, engineering, and construction teams to streamline projects.
- Monitor project milestones and budgets, adjusting resources or timelines as necessary.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and permitting agencies.
- Collaborate with the Project Management team to ensure accurate and timely reporting of project status, including progress tracking and financial updates.
- Lead a team of project coordinators, site supervisors, and field crews.
- Mentor and develop team members, offering guidance on technical, safety, and project management practices.
- Allocate resources across multiple projects, ensuring that personnel, equipment, and materials are available as needed.
- Ensure adherence to all company, client, and regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to verify compliance with project plans and safety protocols.
- Identify potential project risks and develop and implement mitigation strategies.
- Resolve project challenges swiftly to prevent delays or cost overruns.
- Proactively address issues related to permits, right-of-way access, or utility coordination to prevent project interruptions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Telecommunications, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
- 7 years of experience in project management or delivery roles within the construction industry.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management qualifications are an asset.
- Strong understanding of telecommunications infrastructure and construction methods and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of guiding teams to project success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective client and stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisive, informed decisions under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and adherence to timelines.
- Willingness to travel to project sites and client meetings as required.
- Valid G driver’s license and a clean driver's abstract.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $100,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
