OFFICE RECEPTIONIST - VANCOUVER

We are a national janitorial company based in Delta BC. We are looking for a determined and energetic.

This position will be based in our Head Office in Annacis Island. This is a part-time position with daily work schedule be 4 to 6 hours. Our office hours are 8am to 430pm Monday to Friday business hour. This is a fast-paced environment so you must be a motivated self-starter who can maintain a professional demeanor while performing different projects for our company employees.

Duties include:

- Greet visitors and answer telephone calls from customers and staff, direct to the appropriate staff or take messages when required.
- Assist Sales and Operational team in proposal preparations.
- Able to perform different tasks / projects simultaneously.
- Ensure all documents are written with promptness and accuracy.
- File records and documents.
- Maintain overall cleanliness of the office.
- Place order in any office supplies.
- Manage databases, add any additional information if needed.
- Any additional duties assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Front desk and administrative experience.
- Have strong multi-task skills.
- Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office and GMAIL proficiency.
- Energetic, friendly and professional demeanor.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Able to work independently with strong time management.
- Accounting experience would be an additional asset.
- This is not a remote work.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Delta, BC V3M 6S6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
