**Responsibilities**:

- Restructuring of the finance and accounting department
- Verify daily activities in transactional accounts and trusts
- Supervise the accounts payable, receivable, billing and collections teams
- Establish simple and precise procedures and work methods for the members of the department
- Perform strategic financial planning for the group
- Ensure the sound financial management of the companies (cash flow, expenses, CAP, CAR, payroll, grants)
- Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of current and future investments
- Oversee the production of financial statements and meet deadlines
- Analyze and present results with recommendations and dashboard
- Maintain sound relationships and negotiations with suppliers (financial institutions, insurance, auditors...)

**Profile required**
- Bilingual (French and English) written and spoken
- Valid accounting designation (i.e.; CPA, CA)
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Comfortable with new technologies
- Ability to organize, plan, control
- Ability to lead a team and delegate
- Objective and results oriented
