Marketing Coordinator

In this role, you will:

- Support the NIVEA and Coppertone team in delivering on the business strategies
- Work closely with marketing team to coordinate day-to-day activities that lead to the completion of projects and tasks (including packaging creative, innovation sampling program, digital assets)
- Organize monthly meetings and marketing-related business activities
- Prepare correspondence to vendors/agencies in response to questions or to provide clarification on ongoing projects
- Prepare POs and other supplier account material

Do you possess
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing environment focused on consumer products (experience in Skincare, Personal Care or Beauty/Cosmetics a plus)
- Exceptional MS Office skills, especially Excel & PowerPoint
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication ability
- Must be results oriented and be a team player, possess an entrepreneurial spirit and passion to drive projects
- Must be able to manage complexity and work in a fast-paced environment including working with cross-functional teams

This position requires in-office presence.
