Skid Steer Operator

Responsibilities:
- Operate a skid steer loader to perform various tasks on construction sites
- Use the skid steer to move materials, load trucks, and assist with excavation and grading
- Operate other heavy equipment such as backhoes, graders, and bulldozers as needed
- Follow safety protocols and ensure the proper maintenance of the equipment
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
**Experience**:
- Previous experience operating a skid steer loader is required
- Familiarity with other heavy equipment such as loaders, backhoes, graders, and bulldozers is preferred
- Commercial driving experience is a plus
- Knowledge of mechanical systems and ability to troubleshoot minor issues is beneficial
**Skills**:
- Proficient in skid steer loader operation
- Familiarity with Caterpillar, JD and Bobcat equipment is a plus
- Experience operating backhoes, graders, and bulldozers is advantageous
- Commercial driving skills are desirable for transportation of equipment
- Ability to pave, build, dig, and bulldoze using the skid steer loader
**Salary**: $25.00-$32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
