**Job description**
Trusted Truck Sales is one of the developing trucking dealerships in North America for used and new trucks. Our dealership consists of esteemed fleet-maintained vehicles. There are multiple types of trucks including all makes and models. Our team is committed in providing excellent customer service to our esteemed clients.

Now we are looking for an in-house accountant for our dealership. Your duties will include but not limited to:

- Consistently input daily financial transactions and accounts receivable data.
- Confirm that books are reconciled with bank statements and prepare all month-end dealership accounting reports including the balancing off all clearing accounts
- Oversee accounts receivable/ accounts payable are processed promptly and properly
- Monitor dealership inventory, location of assets.
- Assist with processing Dealer Trades and vehicle purchase invoices
- Sales commission calculations and reconciliations
- Prepare and remit payments for extended warranties or any repair work done on trucks, etc.
- Assisting with other tasks, based on management requirements and instructions.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of dealership accounting experience is an asset
- Must be well-versed in generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
- Exhibit exemplary problem-solving, time management, and communication skills
- Microsoft Office, Excel, and PBS Dealership Management System

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- QuickBooks: 1 year (preferred)
- Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
