We are looking to hire a Accounts Receivable Specialist for our Finance division based in Vancouver.
- ** Your Role **:As Accounts Receivables Specialist you will support the daily financial responsibilities as needed by the credit team to maximise cash flow and minimise Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and overdue balances. You will look to avoid any business unit risks while following through on procedures designed to maximise our growth.
- ** Your Responsibilities**:

- Control the Accounts Receivable portfolio
- Manage communication with internal managers and external customers in English and Spanish.
- Ensure that credit goals are achieved; and accurate business records and sound bookkeeping procedures are maintained.
- Help in reconciling customer accounts when requested.
- Ensure that everyone complies with the AR policy and internal working instructions, memo notes, follow ups, time frame of calls.
- Assist management with all queries regarding business health and trends (i.e. billing, GP, volume, collections)
- Work with the branch controllers to determine and better understand the “ root cause” of issues (i.e. Billing quality, disputes ) and provide support.

**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- 1 years working experience in Credit and Collections functions
- High level of competence in Excel (pivot tables a must)
- Fluent in Spanish and English
