Site Supervisor Commercial Construction

**Job Overview**
PBN Construction is a company that services mine sites and crown corporations all over Saskatchewan. We are experiencing exiting growth and currently expanding our team. We are seeking a dedicated working Site Supervisor to join our team. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring quality control, and managing site operations with in our commercial construction department.
This is a site position working at a mine in Northern Saskatchewan.
Shift Pattern = shift work, working away at site where meals and accommodations are supplied. Employee will be responsible to get themselves to a dedicated airport, then flight from airport to work site is free to the employee. This shift will be 2 weeks on 2 weeks off.
**Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Conduct quality control inspections to guarantee work meets standards
- Provide leadership and guidance to construction teams
- Collaborate with hiring clients and subcontractors to ensure project success
**Skills**:
- Trade Journeyperson would be considered an asset
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting construction documents
- Strong supervisory skills to lead and motivate teams effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- ability to travel
**Experience**:
- construction: 3 years (preferred)
