Intelligent Automation Manager

**What you'll do**
- Deliver solutions and products in collaboration with the Program Manager and other managers. Own your team's products, end-to-end, from ideation to launch.
- Facilitate solution ideation and requirements gathering sessions with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Coordinate and communicate data needs amongst stakeholders throughout the company, including product, engineering, machine learning, data science, business analyst, and marketing teams
- Facilitate problem-solving discussions and general communications between diverse teams
- Build and maintain an up-to-date knowledge/proficiency of products and tools used to implement Intelligent Automation, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science and Cloud based solutions
- Lead a project delivery (SCRUM) team or teams comprised of onshore and/or offshore resources
- Develop, communicate, and implement project plans complete with timelines, approaches and deliverables
- Provide support to the Program Manager on resourcing and risk management. Contribute to a collaborative team environment by facilitating information sharing and team cooperation..
**What you bring**
- A university graduate with background in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field with 4-6 years of software project delivery experience.
- A quick learner with an ability to adapt to new and emerging technologies and an "out of box" thinker
- A natural curiosity and passion for understanding the Big Picture and the key metrics that provide insights to our products and user behaviors
- Strong knowledge of project management, Agile and DevOps methodologies. PMP, CSM, CSPO, SAFe certifications is an asset.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, interviewing and workshop skills
- Ability to multi-task and work on simultaneous projects under tight deadlines
- Experience in data management, data and environment provisioning, and test automation, using leading big data technologies on premise and in the cloud an asset
