**About the Role**:
As a Marketing Specialist at Pineapple Financial Inc., you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, attract potential clients, and drive business growth.

You should be a competent professional able to grasp consumer behaviour trends and generate creative ideas. You should also be well-versed in specialized marketing concepts, principles and tactics. The goal is to deliver effective marketing programs that will help our reputation and growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation and Management**:- Ensure consistency in messaging and alignment with the Pineapple brand voice- Collaborate with internal teams to gather insights and create content that resonates with the target audience- Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned

**Digital Marketing**:
- Implement and optimize digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase online presence- Utilize SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and drive organic traffic- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

**Social Media**:
- Assist with Pineapple Financial Inc.'s presence on social media platforms- Help execute social media campaigns to engage with the audience and promote mortgage products/services/information- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to help the organization maintain a competitive edge

**Event Planning**:
- Help coordinate and execute corporate events, and webinars to promote Pineapple’s brand- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to help execute events

**Market Research**:
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics in the Canadian mortgage sector- Help the marketing team conduct market research to identify new opportunities and recommend strategies to stay ahead in a competitive landscape

**Reporting**:
- Create monthly marketing reports (campaign results, conversion rates, site traffic etc.)

**Requirements and Skills**:
- 2 to 3 years of experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role-
- Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools-
- Experience with marketing automation tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, etc) is an asset- Knowledge of HTML and web development tools (WordPress or Sanity) is an asset- Well-organized and detail-oriented- Exceptional communication and writing skills- Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind- BSc/BA in marketing, communications or equivalent
