Job Title: Communications Assistant

Job Function: Brand & Channel Strategy

Reports to: Key Account & Brand Communciation Sr. Manager

Job Purpose:
As a world leader in the tire manufacturing industry, Hankook Tire Canada is seeking a self-motivated experienced Comunications Assistant to join our successful Brand & Channel Strategy Team.

The new hire will report to the Manager of the Brand & Channel Strategy team.

Key Accountabilities:

- Assist the Communications Lead in developing the annual communication plan.
- Facilitate co-marketed activities with external partners and develop new programs to enhance brand communication.
- Develop and execute partner engagement events.
- Manage production of written communication and coordinate product updates on the website.
- Lead production of merchandise and manage the dealer portal.
- Assist in the execution of sponorship activations and hospitality.
- Support media engagements and consumer events.
- Provide a report on vendor/agency status and process invoices.
- Perform audits to protect brand identity.
- Other responsibilities assigned by manager.

Level of Accountabilities:

- Individual Contributor
- Administrative position with limited impact to the business based on decision making.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or other relevant disciplines
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, OneDrive)
- Proficient in Adobe Design Suite is preferred
- Fluent in English and French is a plus
- Team player with exceptional work ethic
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
