Living Well at Festival Pointe is a first-of-its-kind opportunity for Independent Senior Living in the heart of Sherwood Park. With its spectacular views of Broadmoor Lake Park, the 73-suite luxury rental style development is situated in a multi-use area known as Centre in the Park.

We are looking for a part time leasing agent to work weekend hours from Saturday 10-5pm and Sunday from 1-5. We are flexible with the weekday hours.

As a senior living leasing agent, your duties and responsibilities are to show prospective residents for a senior living facility and furnish them with marketing information about the residence. After making contact with potential residents and providing them with initial information, you help them make appointments to visit the retirement community and conduct tours of the different facilities that our community offers. After the tours, you make follow up calls to gauge their interest in becoming a resident.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: From $22.00 per hour
