As part of our ongoing commitment to excellence, we are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and efficient individual with an aptitude for learning to fulfill the role of Order Desk Clerk within our team.
**Position Responsibilities**:
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding estimated delivery dates, stock availability, substitutions, and any potential production delays.
- Collaborate closely with the sales department to ensure a seamless transition from initial sale to after-sales service.
- Address inquiries regarding pricing and product availability promptly and accurately.
- Verify the accuracy of sales orders, including SKUs, quantities, and volumes, ensuring that shipping details correspond correctly to each order.
- Liaise with the purchasing and operations teams to confirm order statuses and coordinate shipping dates.
- Communicate with the sales team regarding any customer order issues or special requests.
- Organize daily delivery and shipping plans in conjunction with the operations manager, including the creation of labels, invoices, and shipping documents.
- Address and resolve any discrepancies in shipping, process order cancellations, returns, and credits as necessary.
- Offer administrative support to the sales department.
- Assist in the management of inventory levels.
- Undertake special projects and additional duties as assigned.

- Meticulous attention to detail, with strong organizational skills and the ability to operate independently.
**Technical**:
- Proficiency in utilizing database order processing systems.
- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Solid experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Proficiency in French, Mandarin, or Cantonese is preferred.
**Schedule**:
- **Spring, Summer, Fall**: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- **Winter**: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM; Saturday, 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
