**We currently have an opportunity for a Field Service technician/General laborer to join our Operations team in Vancouver.**

In this role, YOU will be responsible for

1. Providing general maintenance and repairs replacing glass, repairing trash cans, painting etc.

2. Knowledgeable and comfortable using hand tools and power tools

3. Providing operational support as directed;
4. Working outdoors year-round, in inclement weather;
5. Operating lawn maintenance equipment; working from a ladder

6. Ensuring all health and safety policies and procedures are followed.

7. Other duties as required.

YOU possess
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English;
- A proactive self-starter with a team attitude and a willingness to learn;
- Ability to work at heights;
- Moderate to heavy lifting up to 75 lbs;
- Ability to use hand and power tools from a ladder
- Organized and dependable individual who can work with mínimal supervision;
- Geographical knowledge of Vancouver and the surrounding area;
- Must have a good attendance record:

- Must have (green patch) safety boots;
- Valid driver’s license is required.
