**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced store manager to oversee the operations of our retail store. She will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and team management. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

**Duties**:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the store
- Ensure excellent customer service by training and coaching staff on customer engagement
- Maintain and promote a close working relationship with staff providing direction, feedback and training relative to policies and procedures
- Train, motivate and supervise staff
- Lead and motivate your team to deliver the best customer experience possible
- Ensure customer service practices are implemented
- Administrative Activities, as required, including financial reporting and staff scheduling
- Ensure that the working environment is safe, professional and productive for staff and customers
- Maintain the visual standards and cleanliness of the store
- Receive and record deliveries
- Assign tasks to ensure smooth store operations
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years previous experience in store/staff management
- Sound, practical judgement concerning everyday matters (common sense)
- Proven ability to lead by example; train, motivate, develop and direct people
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Intermediate-level computer skills
- Basic mathematical skills
