Warehouse Supervisor

**Overview**:
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for a variety of duties to ensure safe, efficient and accurate processing of incoming and out-going shipments. This includes staging, sorting and loading of returns. The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for managing the performance of the Material Handlers, Reverse Logistics Clerks and Refurbishing Techs.

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the successful Warehouse Supervisor will:

- Coach, manage and motivate all employees in his/her charge to ensure daily workload is managed in a safe, accurate, and productive manner
- Ensure safety practices are trained, maintained, and followed for the entire warehouse operation - including safe storage of product and housekeeping expectations
- Participate in daily planning for shift including production goals and labor requirements to meet established performance KPIs
- Lead daily start up meeting with team prior to shift start
- Monitor performance throughout the shift and adjust as necessary to ensure shift goals are met
- Utilize Oracle NetSuite and RF Smart systems to manage order processing and exceptions troubleshooting
- Utilize MS Office suite to make data-based decisions regarding staffing requirements and to prioritize tasks for team

**Qualifications Preferred**:

- College degree in business, with a focus on warehousing, reverse logistics, or materials management
- 3-5 years of experience in a reverse logistics or production environment
- Must demonstrate strong skills in the areas of managing & developing direct reports, problem solving, meeting multiple deadlines
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Able to work well under pressure
- Able to maintain professional demeanor at all times
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
- Must be able to lift 50lbs

**Working Conditions**:
The Warehouse Supervisor works in a Warehouse setting and the temperature is variable depending on seasonal conditions. There is noise in relation to the Tow Motor; however, proper hearing protection is provided and is optional. Some lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling of heavy product weighing 45-50lbs may be required to load and unload various shipments.

- Warehouse experience: 5 years (preferred)
- Leadership: 3 years (preferred)
