**Location**:Our trucks are parked are around Scarborough to minimize your commute time

**Schedule**:

- 4 days/week, 40-50 hrs./week
- Enjoy 3 days off each week
- Easily book off time for personal needs

**Pay**:

- Team Average: $22 - $27/hour (base + profit share + credit card tips)
Top performers frequently clear $30/hr. + more (cash tips, take-home junk treasures)

**A Typical Day**:

- **_DRIVING_**: You will be responsible for driving our Isuzu NPR 17-20 ft 1-800-GOT-JUNK? Truck to customer locations
- **_LIFTING & LOADING_**: remove unwanted items from our customer's property into our truck
- **_CUSTOMER SERVICE_**: Provide the ultimate customer experience, always resulting in a smile.
- **_SALES & NEGOTIATION:_** Assess and quote customers on the removal of their unwanted items (We provide in-depth training) and pricing sheets the customer can view to easily understand our rate.
- **_RECYCLING & DONATION:_** Did you know that 1-800-GOT-JUNK? aims to be as environmentally responsible as possible, while being sure to follow local regulations. We do our best to keep items out of landfills by donating the donate-ables and recycling the recyclables as much as we can.
- **_TIME MANAGEMENT: _**Our business model aids in building your time-management skills, you manage your day like you are running your own business

**What you bring to the company**:

- To qualify for commercial insurance underwriting, drivers must be 21+ years of age
- Possess a valid G driver’s license
- Have a clean driving history (MVR Searches the past 3 years)
- A great attitude, reliability, and goal-driven mindset
- Comfortable lifting/carrying up to 50 pounds repeatedly
