**Position Summary** We are currently seeking **Full-time Client Services Agent/Receptionist.**

As the receptionist you will be the first contact when our clients/members enter the building. This position will allow you work with our Client Services Agent team, providing administrative assistance and coverage.

This position will require you to:

- Greet customers in person or on the telephone and direct them to the appropriate departments/person.
- Process mail, mass mailings, bank deposits, and invoicing.
- Provide administrative support to all departments including typing, filing, photocopying, and mailings.
- Maintain inventory of all office equipment and supplies, ordering supplies.
- Complete daily backorder fulfillment tasks and manage orders with extended shipping dates.
- Follow up with Clinic phone calls to confirm special orders and push long term orders in system.
- Process inventory purchase orders for distribution companies and suppliers.
- Manage log discrepancies for distribution companies, until completed.
- Create and maintain SOPs for daily receptionist tasks.
- Assist with travel arrangements, car rental, hotel accommodations, and catered functions.
- Manage continuing education registrations and certificates for our Members.
- Provide backup for our order desk and affinity program administrator.

**Requirements**:

- Previous Customer Service or Reception experience (min. 2 years).
- Time Management skills, Ability to prioritize work based on importance and deadlines.
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Word).
