**Production Team Members** play a vital role in supporting the production and delivery of high quality parts in a Just-in-time environment. Your success is one of our top priorities and by working in one of our production departments you will find there are endless opportunities for growth leading to an **_exciting and dynamic career_** in the Automotive Industry.

**Compensation and Benefits**
- **Starting wages of $20.00/hr with progressive compensation growth to $21.75/hr at 18 months of service**:

- **Paid overtime after 40/hours per week**:

- **_Company_** Performance Bonuses**:

- **Shift Premiums ranging from +$0.40 to +$0.65 (Afternoon Shift) & +$1.00 (Night Shift)**

- **Company Paid time off: Up to 10 Days + 5 Float Days to start, 15 Days + 5 Float Days (1**st** full year)**:

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Building skids, utilising kanban and scanning systems
- Loading returnables and Sorting returnables
- Operate material handling equipment - lift truck etc.
- Maintain excellent 5S condition
- All of the above duties must be performed within Health and Safety guidelines
- Ensure a positive work environment and awareness of company quality policy, goals, objectives and your role in TG Minto’s success. Follow work instructions.
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is_ preferred_ **-or—**successful completion of an aptitude test

You must be able to bend, reach, lift and perform the other physical requirements of the job. Accommodations can be made.
