**Production Team Members** play a vital role in supporting the production of high quality parts in a Just-in-time environment. Your success is one of our top priorities and by working in one of our production departments you will find there are endless opportunities for growth leading to an **_exciting and dynamic career_** in the Automotive Industry.

**Compensation and Benefits**
- **Starting wages of $19.00/hr**:

- **Paid overtime after 40/hours per week**:

- **_Company_** Performance Bonuses**:

- **Shift Premiums ranging from +$0.40 to +$0.65 (Afternoon Shift) & +$1.00 (Night Shift)**:

- **Paint Booth Premiums +$0.50 (in addition to Shift Premiums)**

- **Company Paid time off: Up to 10 Days + 5 Float Days to start, 15 Days + 5 Float Days (1**st** full year)**:

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a safe and clean environment
- Produce Quality products
- Meet hourly production quotas
- Document daily production
- Ensure a positive work environment and awareness of company quality policy, goals, objectives and your role in TG Minto’s success. Follow work instructions.

**Requirements**:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is_ preferred_ **-or—**successful completion of an aptitude test
